Food fit for Esprit guests!
The Bank Holiday weekend has arrived – after which the run up to the ski season truly begins. One feature of this time of year is our catering “Cook-In”. Our top chefs spend several days producing mouth-watering dishes in the hope that they meet our high standards and that at least one or two will be included in the Esprit Ski menu for the season.
All the children’s meals from the last year are reassessed and amended if necessary and naturally the aperitifs offered free in our Chalets and Chalet Hotels are all researched too.
Of course someone has to go and show an interest and take a few photos so when I retun in mid- September slightly bleary and bulging at the seams – you will know why.
The big question we need an answer to this year is:
Do we keep the Chocolate Brownies or not?
