Snow Conditions in the Alps
After a day of constant emails, pictures, videos and updates from across the Alps here is a quick summary of the snow conditions so far.
Our staff have sent in this image of the Sport Hotel in St Christoph, where they have been training showing that the snow has well and truely started falling, at 1800 metres St Christoph gives a good idea of the snow levels across the Alps let alone Austria. As our snow updates throughout today have shown we have received pictures and videos from Saas Fee, Les Arcs, St Anton, Val d’Isère and Courchevel all with the same message, the snow has been falling since Sunday and is forecast to continue through the beginning of this week.

“Everywhere is now covered in a film of white powder that is only going to get deeper as the day goes on. Word from the lift pass office is the expectation of opening on saturday 10th December, if the snow keeps up it could easily be sooner.”
