All our nurseries are run by professionally qualified Nursery Nurses - NNEB, B Tech, NVQ III, CACHE DCE 3 or equivalent trained, all of whom will be native English-speakers. We also run further pre-season training to ensure that our Nursery management conforms to our own high standards, developed over many years experience. In most of our nurseries, we also have Nursery Assistants to support the Nannies, and all the team share a dedication and enthusiasm for working with young children.

Our children’s Snow Clubs are run by our team of Esprit Snow Rangers, who are experienced in child care and to whom we give further in-house training to ensure our young guests have a happy, safe and fun-filled holiday.
The Snow Rangers will be involved in escorting children to and from their ski classes, staying with the Spritelets (3 & 4 year-olds) during their ski lessons, and ensuring that the Snow Club sessions offer a stimulating, fun and friendly time for children. They will also gladly keep you up to date with what your own children have been up to during the day!
