Here also are a few of the more frequently asked miscellaneous questions:

It is someones birthday during the week- can we bake a cake?  Just make sure you tell us in advance and we will ensure a cake is made and all the necessary celebratory songs are sung! Also dont forget that one of the exciting Snow Sensations would make a perfect gift!

One of our group is on a gluten-free diet, is that a problem?  Not at all!  Our catering staff are trained in a variety of special diets and so will be able to provide tasty options for most dietary requirements.  Make sure you highlight your dietary needs at the time of booking as our overseas team need advance warning and some special diets carry a £25 charge.

My child is 12, can he join us for the evening meal?  Guest feedback over the years has been that children under 13 can inhibit the dinner party atmosphere during the evening meal so no children under 13 are allowed at the adult dinner and are served a tasty and substantial evening meal at 5.30pm.

My 2 year old is very energetic, can she join Spritelets?  Our ski schools have advised that three is the minimum age to start children on skis and therefore there is no flexibility in this age criteria.
