Obergurgl is one of Austrias most famous and most sought-after ski resorts, and deservedly so - especially for families. Set high at the end of the picturesque Ötz Valley, the village centre benefits from having no through traffic at all, and the ski area boasts an enviable snow record stretching normally from November right through until May.
The attractive Tyrolean village centre retains its traditional relaxed charm and a cosy, intimate feel, yet is big enough to offer an ample range of facilities, and a friendly après-ski atmosphere.

St Anton
Ski Range 1,300m - 2,650m
Fully deserving its position in the top ten of world ski areas, St Anton has also made successful efforts in recent years to make the resort child-friendly too.
Dedicated childrens areas in Nasserein (where our chalets are located) and up at Gampen, combined with excellent instructors, make St Anton an excellent choice for families.
It is the appeal of the biggest ski area in Austria which will make keen skiing parents eyes light up, with 260 kms of pistes and 180kms of unpisted deep snow runs to choose from and a snow record to be proud of.

Alpe d'Huez
Ski Range 1,480m - 3,300m

Alpe d’Huez is the main hub resort of the fabulous ‘Grandes Rousses’ ski area, comprising the six resorts you can see on our piste-map, 249kms of wonderful pisted skiing, and endless acres of off-piste powder.

Neighbouring Les Deux Alpes is also covered for 2 days on the same 6-day lift-pass, combining to create the ‘Grande Alpes’ area, with 468kms of pistes.

Renowned for its sunshine as much as for its excellent snow record, the resort is at the same height as Val d’Isère, and the ski area soars to virtually a whole vertical mile above, at the Pic Blanc summit and the guaranteed snow of the Sarenne Glacier.

Belle Plagne
A top quality Chalet Hotel with family rooms and suites, its own indoor swimming-pool, and the fabulous Paradiski area on the doorstep.

What more could you ask Of the ten ‘villages’ which combine to make up La Plagne resort, Belle Plagne is not only one of the two highest, but also by far the most attractive, with its characterful buildings of local wood and stone, cobbled, pedestrianised village centre and friendly relaxed atmosphere.

Spectacular skiing with the stunning backdrop of Mont Blanc.

Few resorts can match the splendour of the Chamonix Valley, dominated by the majestic dome of Mont Blanc and its attendant pinnacles and glaciers.

The majority of the skiing in the valley is suitable for the intermediate skier. Of the five separate areas, it is only the Grands Montets above Argentière which has given the resort its reputation as a Mecca for extreme skiers. The remaining four areas offer a variety mainly aimed at the intermediate to good skier. Wherever you choose, stunning scenery greets you at every turn, from mighty Mont Blanc to the amazing glaciers.

Courchevel 1850
Courchevel, considered by many to be the ultimate ski resort, attracts all who search for the very best. Comprising several centres at different altitudes, it is generally agreed that the highest station of 1850 is the most desirable.

Courchevel 1850 offers real French charm in the wide variety of chic shops and fine restaurants and thoroughly deserves its top-flight reputation. It is renowned for having one of the longest ski seasons and the best snow cover in the whole of the Alps, and has headed skiers' list of prestige resorts for many a year now. 1850 is located in a wide bowl, where the skiing encircles the resort, with runs leading to virtually every corner of town.

LA ROSIERE

Sunny and snow-sure high above the Tarentaise

Its the sunny position, great skiing and incredible views that make staying in La Rosière such a joy. The resort dominates the Tarentaise Valley, and one sweep of the eye takes in the ski areas of Val dIsère/Tignes, Les Arcs and La Plagne.

La Rosière is an established Esprit favourite and is certainly one of the friendliest of Tarentaise resorts. Theres a real feeling that the visitor comes first, and the resorts family orientation is highlighted by their motto: The Resort Where Children Are Royalty.

Les Arcs

Les Arcs is the descriptive name for four purpose built ski resorts at the ascending heights of 1,600m, 1,800m, 1,950m, and 2,000m. Our chalets are all situated in the best of the four – Arc 2000, at the foot of the Aiguille Rouge, in a secluded snow-sure bowl. Arc 2000 offers virtually doorstep skiing with unparalleled views of Mont Blanc and its surrounding peaks.

The ski area of Les Arcs and its connected villages of Vallandry and Peisey-Les Arcs include some of the smoothest and longest runs in the French Alps.

Les Gets
Ski Range 1,172m - 2,460m

The prettiest resort on the huge Portes du Soleil ski arena, full of traditional Alpine charm.

Les Gets is a popular choice with Esprit families, with its winning combination of a delightful village and the luxury of 650kms of superb skiing to enjoy.

The resort is an appealing mixture of old chalets in distinctive Savoyard style, which blends to create a charm and character coupled with a warm welcome from friendly locals. There is a colourful main street, enhanced by winter lights and music, with shops, bars and restaurants, an ice-rink, a lovely old church, and a square which hosts a lively weekly market.

Lying at the heart of the world’s biggest inter-linked ski area with its endless variety of terrain, Méribel has plenty to offer skiers and boarders of all ages and abilities.

The Méribel valley offers a combination of cruisy glades and open boulevards, which enjoy both morning and afternoon sun, and the huge state-of-the-art lift system allows guests to access the full 600kms of slopes with ease.

Méribel’s location in the middle valley is a major benefit, putting Courchevel on the one side and the guaranteed snow of Val Thorens on the other within easy reach.

PEISEY

The undiscovered jewel in the crown of the huge Paradiski area Plan-Peisey is a quiet little ski village, whose moment of glory has arrived!

There has been talk for years of joining the adjacent ski areas of Les Arcs and La Plagne, and December 2003 saw these plans finally realised.

The resulting Paradiski area is one of the biggest and best in Europe, and Plan-Peisey lies right at the most perfect spot, directly at the Les Arcs side of the Vanoise Express cable-car, which whisks skiers across the valley between La Plagne and Les Arcs.

Tignes

An Esprit favourite and one of the crème de la crème of world ski areas.

The Espace Killy ski area, combining Tignes and neighbouring Val dIsère, ranks highly in any keen skiers top ten world resorts, and deservedly so.

Completely snowsure, with over 300kms of pistes, plus easily the same again in off-piste terrain, the area offers well over a mile of vertical drop, from the peak of the Grande Motte down to the picturesque old village of Tignes-les-Brevières.

Our accommodation is conveniently situated at 2,100m at Tignes-le-Lac and Le Lavachet and is ideally located for both families and keen skiers.

Val d'Isère

Guaranteed snow in one of the worlds truly elite resorts.

The ultra high altitude skiing of the legendary Espace Killy virtually guarantees the very best conditions right from late November to early May, whilst the superb modern lift system whisks you rapidly up into a world of varied skiing that really does have something for everyone.

There is a surprising charm to the resort too, with the attractive old village surrounded by sensitive development using lots of stone, slate and wood. Explore the partially pedestrianised centre and discover why the après-ski is just as famous as the skiing!

Traffic-free resort, with guaranteed snow and Swiss charm - a winning combination!
Saas Fee is known as The Pearl of the Alps, rates as one of the finest jewels in Switzerland’s crown, and is unquestionably one of the prettiest villages in our programme.
Few resorts enjoy a more spectacular location than this, surrounded by thirteen towering 4,000m peaks, in a delightful valley culminating in the huge glacial snow-bowl of the ski area itself. Completely snowsure, the slopes drop over a whole vertical mile from just above the spectacular revolving restaurant at Mittelallalin down to the picture-perfect village, making for some sensationally long cruising runs.
