Ski Chalet Hotels for Families

Our Chalet Hotels aim to bridge that gap between traditional chalet holidays and the world of standard, locally run hotels. Being entirely run by Esprit, they offer a similarly relaxed atmosphere as a chalet holiday, with the friendly and welcoming convenience of our entirely English-speaking staff, but at the same time have bigger and better facilities, including a residents bar.

All suites and bedrooms for example always have private en suite facilities, there will be a larger dining-room, more public areas such as a proper bar and lounge, and some have ‘wellness’ facilities too, to help you relax completely. Our catering services are also ‘a cut above’ the traditional chalet, with qualified chefs in the kitchen to offer our ‘Culinary Choice’ menu choices and an extended breakfast buffet each day.

Another advantage for many guests is that dinner can be as sociable or as private as each couple wishes, with our staff normally able to be flexible in laying out larger tables for groups of friends, whether old or new, or private tables for more intimate dining ‘à deux’ if preferred.

All the resort child care is also extremely convenient in every case, being always based ‘in-house’, which ensures the minimum of fuss and hassle for parents and a real ‘home from home’ feel for the children.

Every Chalet Hotel has its own welcoming bar, reserved exclusively for resident Esprit guests. The ideal spot for a well-chilled beer when you return from skiing, and the focal point for evening apéritifs and canapés, or a little something with your after-dinner coffee – whatever your choice, our friendly bar staff will be glad to serve you!

Most Esprit guests feel it is inappropriate and unpleasant to expose children to smoking and so we have a complete no-smoking policy for all our charter flights, coaches, chalets and Chalet Hotels.
