Peisey Les Arcs Snow Report, 21-Feb 2012

Peisey, France4cm of snow fell on Sunday – enough to brighten and lighten the runs and the snow base is now 280 on the upper Paradiski and in resort there’s 170cm on the lower runs.

The conditions at the moment are excellent with beautiful blue skies all week and low wind speeds meaning you can comfortably ski from first lift to last with out getting chilly! The pistes are in great condition with a huge snow depth and 107 pistes to choose from covering 420km of piste the 2 glaciers in the ski area are particularly nice now that it has warmed up and the views across the Tarentaise valley from the top is awe inspiring.

In Les Arc 1800 this Thursday they are hosting the L.A. sessions sponsored by Pull In which sees 20 professional skiers and snowboarders from around the world come and compete in a big air competition!
We are forecast clear skies and low wind all week with temperatures between positive 4 and -5.
