We've been helping parents and their little ones get out there and have fun on the slopes for 40 years. Our expert childcare provides you with a fun and convenient way to combine your love of skiing with lots of family time.

This is all down to our flexible childcare options which allow you to tailor your ski holiday to suit your own family's needs.

Share your passion for Ski

Share your passion for skiing and give your kids the chance to learn about what you love most.

Children can spend the morning learning to ski with us, and then it's up to you whether you want to spend the afternoon together or have them experience one of our afternoon clubs -  Snow Club or Mountain Academy. We’re here to help you make the most of your time on the slopes.

So what are you waiting for? Skiing is a gift that deserves to be shared, and it might just be the start of something amazing.

Day in the life of an Esprit Holiday

Morning ski lesson

When: 9-12pm

Children are collected in the morning from their chalets, exclusive hotels or designated meeting point, signed into our care by Esprit Staff and taken to their Esprit exclusive lessons. All children are taught in age-appropriate lessons (3-4 years and 5-12 years) and have a medal ceremony at the end of the week.

Whether they prefer learning how to carve pistes or how to use their poles, they'll have lots of snow-filled fun.

family ski lunchtime

Supervised lunch

When: 12-2pm

Time for lunch! Our supervised lunches provide you with an extra two hours to enjoy the slopes or dine on mountain classics. If children are taking part in Esprit ski lessons, then staff will collect them at the end of their lesson and escort them to lunch.

Children will enjoy a tasty two-course meal and after eating, they will have a calm and relaxing hour ahead of their planned afternoon activities.

At 2pm, children who are spending the afternoon with families are picked up from a meet point by their families, while children who are booked into an afternoon Esprit activity are escorted by staff members to the relevant locations.

Snow Club, Mountain Academy or family time

When: 2pm-5.30pm

Families then have the option of spending time together, or having fun in one of our two special afternoon clubs.

The Snow Club is a half-day, afternoon club for children aged 3 to 8 who are not quite ready for a whole day skiing. It runs 6 days a week between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., and its themes of the week are tailored to suit the children's ages. Children will have great fun learning the latest Esprit games and songs, as well as Igloo-building and making snow sculptures.

Our Mountain Academy is for children aged 6 to 12 and involves lots of fun challenges on the mountain. They will have the opportunity to learn fun new skills such as orienteering and constructing survival shelters, as well as hide and seek with rescue transceivers.

High tea (kids dinner)

When: 5.30-6.30pm

After a jam-packed day on the slopes, it’s then time for dinner. Children 3 years and older do not need to be supervised by parents at high tea, so you can enjoy a relaxing drink at the bar.

Parents dinner and Cocoa Club

7.30-10pm

Before adult dinner at 7:30pm, drop your children off at Cocoa Club* or take them to bed safe in the knowledge that your child is being looked after by our free baby listening/child patrol.

*Please note, our Cocoa Club is only available at these hotels: Hotel Ducs De Savoie, Val d’Isere & Hotel de Champoluc, Champoluc.
