To provide our Esprit Seamless Service and to give families the flexibility they need on a ski holiday, we offer a Supervised Lunch service for all children which we recommend is pre-booked before departure.
This service runs from 12 noon until 2pm in all resorts and includes 2 hours of Esprit Childcare, pick-ups and take to’s as required, and a tasty 2 course lunch in one of our chalets, Chalet Hotels or designated restaurants.
All children attending an Esprit morning ski class or morning Snow Club, will be collected at the end of the session and be taken by our staff to the appropriate lunch venue. If children have been skiing independently from one of our dedicated classes, parents are asked to bring them to the agreed meeting point at 12 noon to sign them over for their Supervised Lunch.
At 2pm, parents may collect their children for family skiing, whilst those children who have been booked into any of our afternoon Sprite, Spritelet or Snow Club sessions will be escorted by our staff to the relevant locations.
The convenience of the lunch location for parental pick-up varies considerably from resort to resort, especially if parents are in ski-school, so please ask our Reservations Advisory team for exact details if this is what you wish to do.

Esprit Childcare Guarantee
We are confident that our childcare services surpass those of any other tour operator, and that you will be more than happy with the way we look after your children and the progress they make.
To back this up, we offer our simple and effective Childcare Guarantee: if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our childcare, tell us why and what proportion of the cost you consider to be a fair reimbursement. We will then investigate thoroughly for you, and pay back an amount we agree is reasonable and fair within 28 days of receiving your written request.
This guarantee covers any situation where there has been any failing on the part of our staff or suppliers, but is not applicable where parents simply change their mind about child care requirements.
IMPORTANT: To avoid ruining your holiday plans, Nursery places must be booked with your initial telephone reservation. Due to our strict ratios we are unable to take bookings after your arrival in resort.
