Location
Total convenience for the whole family is what the Chalet Arnica offers as not only are you only 150m from the nearest lift, you can ski back to the chalet and all Esprit childcare is in-house. This includes our Infant Care playroom and our resort Snow Club.
Childcare and proximity to meeting places
The Ferme d'Elisa is the heart of our Esprit childcare in La Rosière.
Children booked into Esprit children’s ski lessons will be collected by our Esprit Rangers from the chalet and meet the other children for the 150 metre walk to the ski school meeting place and the ski instructors. Children booked into Supervised Lunch (included with Snow Club, Xtra lessons and Mountain Academy) eat at a restaurant at the foot of the pistes or in the Snow Club room.
Children return to the chalet late afternoon for High Tea.
There is Baby Listening / Child Patrol Service in the chalet on staff night off and additional evening Baby Sitting services can be booked locally if required.
Board basis
Your catered chalet board includes breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meals complete with a selection of wines, cheese and coffee or tea. On staff day off, just a continental breakfast is provided.
Rooms
The comfortable accommodation occupies the whole of the first floor of the Ferme d'Elisa building and offers well-designed inter-connecting family suites and rooms, as well as one twin room, with all the bedrooms having either private or en suite bathrooms. The open-plan lounge and dining area is a mix of traditional and modern with tiled flooring, a welcoming fireplace, comfortable sofas and wood panelling.
Facilities
Other facilities are shared with our three chalet apartments which are also in the residence, with a ski and boot room on the ground floor and a shared children's snug on the fourth floor of the building, accessed from the central stairway. This room is unsupervised so please keep an eye on your children and remember to bring your family's favourite DVDs.

Chalet Cuisine
Includes a skiers' buffet breakfast to start your day, afternoon tea to welcome you 'home', and evening meals with a starter, main and dessert, plus wine and coffee to complete the evening.
We set high standards for our cuisine, and train our staff extensively before the season starts, to ensure that Esprit guests will enjoy every meal with us.
Our chalets are going greener, so our mountains don't.
This season (2022/23) our menu is changing for the better. In all of our chalets we're giving you more choice, both with meat-free and meat options on offer throughout your stay. This is driven as part of our commitment to reduce our carbon footprint.
