Location
Chalet Charlotte' location is enviable, being ski in/ski out, and as the Ourson residence sits right between two of our chalets, Le Bracconnier and the Ferme d'Elisa, where our childcare is based, organising all the family each day could hardly be simpler. It is also just 50 metres to the nearest lift.
Childcare and proximity to meeting places
Children booked into Esprit children’s ski lessons will be collected by our Esprit Rangers from the chalet and meet the other children at the Ferme d'Elisa for the 150 metre walk to the ski school meeting place and the ski instructors. Children booked into Supervised Lunch (included with Snow Club, Xtra lessons and Mountain Academy) eat at a restaurant at the foot of the pistes or in the Snow Club room.
Children return to the chalet late afternoon for High Tea.
There is Baby Listening / Child Patrol Service in the chalet on staff night off and additional evening Baby Sitting services can be booked locally if required.
Board basis
Your catered chalet board includes breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meals complete with a selection of wines, cheese and coffee or tea. On staff day off, just a continental breakfast is provided.
Rooms
The chalet may only sleep 9 but it's ideal for two families, with two self-contained suites, one of which has split-level sleeping areas, which will appeal to older children as this triple room will be their own "den" under the eaves. The interior style of the chalet is traditionally Alpine with warm wood panelling, an exposed stone feature fireplace, and beamed ceilings throughout which add charm and character.
Facilities
Chalet Charlotte has wonderful floor to ceiling windows and large balcony off the attractive lounge and dining area, it is spacious and light, and offers some of the best views over the resort and valley from its position on the top floor of the Ourson building.
The bathrooms are all being renovated for next winter with new tiles, basins ad walk-in showers.

Both suites will take a cot and the showers are new walk-in showers being installed ready for next winter.
Chalet Cuisine
Includes a skiers' buffet breakfast to start your day, afternoon tea to welcome you 'home', and evening meals with a starter, main and dessert, plus wine and coffee to complete the evening.
We set high standards for our cuisine, and train our staff extensively before the season starts, to ensure that Esprit guests will enjoy every meal with us.
Our chalets are going greener, so our mountains don't.
This season (2022/23) our menu is changing for the better. In all of our chalets we're giving you more choice, both with meat-free and meat options on offer throughout your stay. This is driven as part of our commitment to reduce our carbon footprint.
