Location
Situated on the edge of the piste, you can ski back to the chalet and the nearest ski lift is just 150 metres away. Chalet Dahlia is the smallest of our four family chalet apartments in the Ferme d'Elisa, situated across the top two floors, and, like the others, has its own dedicated host.
Childcare and proximity to meeting places
The Ferme d'Elisa is the main hub for our Esprit childcare in La Rosière as the residence hold the four chalets as well as the Infant Care playroom and Snow Club room.
Children booked into Esprit children’s ski lessons will be collected by our Esprit Rangers from the chalet and meet the other children for the 150 metre walk to the ski school meeting place and the ski instructors. Children booked into Supervised Lunch (included with Snow Club, Xtra lessons and Mountain Academy) eat at a restaurant at the foot of the pistes or in the Snow Club.
Children return to the chalet late afternoon for High Tea.
There is Baby Listening / Child Patrol Service in the chalet on staff night off and additional evening Baby Sitting services can be booked locally if required.
Board basis
Your catered chalet board includes breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meals complete with a selection of wines, cheese and coffee or tea. On staff day off, just a continental breakfast is provided.
Rooms
The first level on the third floor contains the open plan lounge and dining area with a modern corner sofa, warm wood panelling, fireplace and TV. One of the three family rooms is also on this floor, whilst the remaining two are on the fourth floor where the views from the balconies up here are some of the best in resort, facing right down the valley. These two suites are particularly spacious with sloping ceilings and exposed beams adding character too. Headroom is restricted in places within these suites.
Facilities
The shared children's snug on the upper floor is accessed from the central stairway and is unsupervised so please keep an eye on your children and remember to bring their favourite DVDs! The residence has a ski and boot room and sauna which is shared with Esprit families staying in our four Ferme d'Elisa chalets.

Ground Floor

Chalet cuisine
Includes a skiers' buffet breakfast to start your day, afternoon tea to welcome you 'home', and evening meals with a starter, main and dessert or cheese, plus wine and coffee to complete the evening.
We set high standards for our cuisine, and train our staff extensively before the season starts, to ensure that Esprit guests will enjoy every meal with us.
Our chalets are going greener, so our mountains don't.
This season (2022/23) our menu is changing for the better. In all of our chalets we're giving you more choice, both with meat-free and meat options on offer throughout your stay. This is driven as part of our commitment to reduce our carbon footprint.
