Our Esprit childcare staff

At Esprit, we pride ourselves in the caring childcare teams that are out working in resorts. We understand that leaving your children in the care of a stranger can be a daunting prospect for parents, which is why on an Esprit Ski family holiday, we have a qualified and experienced childcare team that tick all the boxes for you and your family.

We have an amazing team of In-Chalet Nannies and Private Nannies, Ski Instructors, and Snow Rangers. All of our staff are well experienced in coaching, caring for, or teaching children.

The Esprit childcare team have an endless supply of energy. Enough to keep the most energetic children entertained with a full day of fun. Meaning you can head off on the mountain or relax and explore the resort, enjoying your ski holiday, with your kids being taken care of by us.

Snow Rangers

Our children’s Snow Clubs are run by our team of Esprit Snow Rangers, who are experienced in childcare and to whom we give further in-house training to ensure our young guests have a happy, safe and fun-filled holiday.

The Snow Rangers will be involved in escorting children to and from their ski classes, staying with the Spritelets (3 & 4 year-olds) and the Sprite Beginners during their ski lessons, and ensuring that the Snow Club sessions offer a stimulating, fun and friendly time for children.

They will also gladly keep you up to date with what your own children have been up to during the day! All of our Child Care staff hold a paediatric first aid certificate.

In-Chalet & Private Nannies

Our nannies lead the in-chalet childcare and hold the appropriate combination of experience and qualifications for their role. 

Our infant childcare, run by our own team of In-Chalet and Private Nannies, are each personally vetted and handpicked by us to ensure our team holds the appropriate combination of experience and qualifications required for their role.

They are all English-speaking and have a passion for working with infant children. We also run additional pre-season training to ensure that our nannies conform to our own high standards, developed over many years of experience.

In-Resort Staff

We've got a great team on hand to look after you - it's our people that make a difference. All of our staff are well trained, enthusiastic, and eager to make your stay a memorable one.

We'll be at your service from the moment you arrive at resort until the day you leave. Esprit Ski's professional team of Chalet Hosts, Chefs and Resort Representatives will do whatever they can to ensure your stay is a memorable one.

All our childcare teams undergo an intensive preseason training and resort set up. During this time they are taught the Esprit childcare policies, the Esprit product and local resort knowledge, not forgetting lots of fun Esprit songs and games.

Esprit childcare guarantee

We are confident that our childcare services surpass those of any other tour operator, and that you will be more than happy with the way we look after your children and the progress they make.

To back this up, we offer our simple and effective Childcare Guarantee: if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our childcare, tell us why and what proportion of the cost you consider to be a fair reimbursement. We will then investigate thoroughly for you, and pay back an amount we agree is reasonable and fair within 28 days of receiving your written request. For full details, see our terms and conditions.

This guarantee covers any situation where there has been any failing on the part of our staff or suppliers, but is not applicable where parents simply change their mind about childcare requirements.

IMPORTANT: Infant childcare places must be booked with your initial telephone reservation. Due to our strict ratios we are unable to take bookings after your arrival in resort.
